Please read carefully before purchasing

Purchasing

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

  • As we do not hold stock, all hair extensions are shipped directly from our trusted supplier.
  • If the hair is in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
  • If the hair needs to be manufactured, please allow up to 7 to 12 working days for production before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Maison Vellor is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside of our control.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Product Information

  • All hair extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair.
  • Due to the nature of hair, slight variations in colour, texture and length may occur.
  • All images are for reference purposes only.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct colour, length and weight are selected before purchase.

Returns

Store credit only

  • For hygiene reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unaltered and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds

Store credit only

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
  • Eligible returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
  • Store credit has no expiry date and can be used at any time.
  • Store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Hair Care & Use

  • Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions.
  • Use products that are free from sulfates and alcohol.
  • Avoid excessive heat, chlorine, salt water and harsh brushing.
  • We recommend professional installation and maintenance.
  • Maison Vellor is not liable for damage caused by improper care or installation.

Colour Matching

  • We strive to represent colours accurately, but they may vary slightly on different screens.
  • We recommend purchasing a colour match service before placing a full order.
  • Maison Vellor is not responsible for incorrect colour choices made without using our colour match service.

Complaints & Quality Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority.
  • Any concerns regarding hair quality must be reported within 8 weeks of installation.
  • After 8 weeks from the date of installation, all products are considered to have been accepted, and any issues relating to shedding, tangling or general wear and tear are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Damage caused by improper care, colouring, bleaching, heat, product buildup or incorrect installation is not covered.
  • We will do our best to resolve all valid complaints fairly and promptly within the 8 week period.

Fitting of Hair Extensions

  • For the best results and to maintain the quality of your extensions, we strongly recommend that they are fitted by a qualified and experienced hair extension specialist.
  • Maison Vellor is not responsible for any damage, discomfort, slippage or loss caused by improper installation, removal or maintenance.
  • Following your stylist’s aftercare advice is essential to prolong the lifespan of your extensions.
  • Fitting fees are not refundable.

Liability

  • Maison Vellor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product only.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to hair care products.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including images, logos, text and branding, is the property of Maison Vellor.
  • Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Legal action will be taken against any infringement.

Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us.
  • We collect and use your information only to process orders and improve your experience.
  • We do not share your information with third parties except for shipping and payment processing.

General

  • By purchasing from Maison Vellor, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms before each purchase.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
